It will be a real mosquito summer...

...according to Swedish mosquito researcher  Jan Lundström. Due to severe flooding after the winter season, there is a risk of a lot of mosquitos this summer.

Mosquitos lay their eggs and develops in puddles where water and moisture exists.

After a serious winter, there is an extensive amount of water and moisture, where they can lay their eggs.

If water does not evaporate within a couple of weeks we can expect a mosquito-rich summer.
